Booking an appointment

Appointments are booked through this website. When you book, you'll see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a cancellation link. Your appointment isn't transferable to someone else without letting us know.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans change — no problem! You can cancel online using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window, online cancellation closes; please reach out directly instead so we can figure it out together.

To reschedule, cancel your existing appointment (outside the 24-hour window) and book a new time.

Late arrivals & no-shows

Please arrive on time — appointments are scheduled back to back. Arriving significantly late may mean we can't complete your full service or may be treated as a missed appointment. Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to book online.

Pricing & payment

Prices shown on the booking page are current prices and may change over time. Payment is collected at your visit — nothing is charged through this website.

Confirmations, reminders & texts

By booking, you agree to receive appointment-related messages from Candy Colored Claws: confirmation and reminder emails, and — if texting is enabled — appointment-related SMS text messages to the phone number you provide. Consent to text messages is not a condition of booking any service.

  • Message frequency varies with your appointments (typically 1–3 per appointment)
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help

Using this site

Please book only appointments you intend to keep, and only for yourself or with the permission of the person you're booking for. We may cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or abusive.

The fine print

This site is provided as-is; occasional downtime or errors can happen, and if something goes wrong with a booking we'll do our best to make it right. We may update these terms from time to time — the date at the top reflects the latest version.
