Candy Colored Claws provides nail services by appointment. This website exists so you can see availability and book an appointment. This policy explains what information we collect through it and how we use it.

When you book an appointment, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Any note you choose to add
• Your appointment details (services, date, and time)

That's it — we don't collect payment information through this site (you pay at your visit), and we don't use advertising trackers.

• To manage and schedule your appointment
• To send you booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices by email
• To send appointment-related text messages (SMS), if texting is enabled, as described below
• To contact you if something about your appointment changes

We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.

By providing your phone number when booking, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Candy Colored Claws, such as booking confirmations and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies with your appointments (typically 1–3 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share your information only with the service providers that make this site work — our website host, database provider, email delivery service, and text messaging provider — and only so they can deliver those services. We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep booking records as long as reasonably needed to run the business (for example, to see your appointment history). If you'd like your information deleted, email us at bookings@candycoloredclaws.comand we'll take care of it.

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function (such as keeping the owner logged in to the admin area). There are no advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
